What's the longest you've had a player injured? Over the weekend I had a starting pitcher go down for 34 days.

I've had a few pitchers go down for 30+ days. I've never had anything in the 40s or higher though.

35 days is the possible maximum iirc.

A few seasons back I had a staring pitcher, this guy to be exact, go down with the 35 day max injury. His first start back he tossed a no hitter, 1 walk if I recall. After the game I descovered another 35 day injury on him.

career ending catastrophic injury

Once a week steve announces a team (randomly chosen) that is going to have a player (major or minor leaguer randomly chosen) suffer a career ending injury. One week later Steve announces what player was injured and what team will be next.

I had Art Carey go down for either 33 or 34 days a few seasons ago. Ever since I took over no one has came close to an injury that long.

I think Byrd was out for 36 with his rotator cuff injury. I've definitely never seen anything over 40.
