Philliesworld Joined: 10/17/2014 Posts: 787 Pierre Jacobins III.3	I have understood that skills range 20% more or less than what you can see, but is that a fixed number or will that change from one day to the next. Example Joe Schmoe would have a skill of 10 for hitting would that vary from 8-12 during a game or would it be a fixed number between 8-12. Thx. Updated Saturday, August 15 2015 @ 11:19:54 am PDT
