I keep forgetting to Fenway-ize my park during the off season.

If/when my young OF prospects make it to the show ... my park will be inspired by "Major League"

...

Jake: That ball wouldn't have been out of a lot of parks.
Ricky: Name one.

Roanoke ballpark should be a pitchers park.

335/385/410/385/335 with 12' fences and large foul territory.

Only thing i don't like is the fact that it's domed, but i found it when i took the team and i don't want to change.

So with a domed stadium, you have to be really careful with who you put in the outfield, right?

I decided to make my park as close as I could get to Wrigley.

Well my outfielders aren't that good in fielding skills, LF/RF are bat first guys, and i have a platoon in CF with decent but not outstanding defensive values.

This year all performed good, apart from my RF who seems to have forgot how to field, going from .992 last year to .968 this year, in the same stadium.

My park seems to be a hitters park, aided by shoe box dimensions and the desert air.

I didn't really model it after anything, I just wanted a pretty standard ballpark. I'm sitting close to what Great American Ballpark and the Rogers Centre are in MLB. Despite most all of my power hitters being lefties, I have a right-center field gap 10 feet further than left-center. Still didn't stop me from hitting 203 HR as a team last year, I just don't know how many of them were at home or on the road.

Thats cool. I have seen that most people have pretty standard dimensions on their ballparks.

No inspiration, I just did random stuff a few seasons ago and forgot to adjust as my team changed :p
