Bilbo Shaggins Joined: 01/01/2015 Posts: 59 Inactive	Anyone know what the ratio is for a pitchers stamina recovery to a pitchers stamina number. I'm think of going to a 4 man rotation till my 5th starter comes off the DL. Also, anyone else use a four man rotation regularly? Updated Saturday, April 18 2015 @ 11:10:17 am PDT

Frankebasta Joined: 09/15/2013 Posts: 884 Kodiak Mules III.3	Pitchers gains 2 dots, thats 20%, of stamina every day. There's plenty of teams using 4man rotation during conference play. It becomes hard, but not unheard of, using it during inter conference series, with 5 games in 4 days.

Spoonerific Joined: 01/17/2013 Posts: 339 Inactive	I used to use a heavy 4 man rotation when my recent batch of starting pitchers had first come up. Having a lowered Pitch count (75-100) can make it work even in 5 game/4 day situations especially if you keep your 2 outing guy with a low PC and he can get out of the 6th inning at least.
