mcrmoe Joined: 09/24/2014 Posts: 290 Inactive	Hello everyone, I would like some input on a player, Fogarty I realize that he is recommended to the minors due to his age, but in his 2 years there (all at 3B) he has yet to get a 3b letter. Any idea how that experience works? Lets say that hypothetically he is at 80% from getting a 3b in the minors, if I move him up does the 3b experience start from 0?

Seca Joined: 05/05/2014 Posts: 5201 Waterloo Dinosaurs Legends	No, his acquired positional skill does not get reset. If he is most of the way to his letter from the minors, it should take relatively few games for it to appear in the majors. I wouldn't hesitate to bring him up.
