Jason Harrison is without a human owner at the moment, so I thought I'd bring attention to the super-human year he's having. The top 25 batting averages of all-time occurred pre-2004, but he would make the list with .402 if he were to sit out the rest of the season. His OPS is a stratospheric 1.200 which is only .004 behind the best all-time. Not surprisingly, he's currently third-best ever with a slugging of .759; he has more extra base hits than singles. If he can manage 36 more hits, he'll make the hit list which no player has done since 2006. While he won't make the HR record page, he might have more homers than strikeouts; right now it's 37 to 38. He has a shot at the RBI top 25, sitting at 151 at the moment.

Will this be the best individual season of all-time?

Hehe. There are 3 absolute launch pads in that division (ballparks). Not to diminish his feat.

Maybe a full human league can collude and bring all their fences in - see if someone can really challenge the old tyme records.
