Even the best pitchers seem to only have about 12-15 years in them and pitching well past Age 37-38 seems extremely rare. Rangel is also Broken Bat's all time leader in SO. Amazing to start, middling in the middle and then amazing again once the Bear's medical staff started pumping him full of totally legal, totally safe performance enhancing vitamins. A Cy Young award at 35, when he was almost as old as the manager is a bit suspicious. |
