Several older stars are slumping, and with the financial pressure up, I let three top hitters go after my chances of keeping the division open had become smaller. Carmelo Alsonso http://brokenbat.org/player/75662 may have outside chances, being second in the league in batting average in his second pro season, but still committing a ton of errors at 3B. My closer is at 26 saves and a 2.0 ERA after not making the ASG last year, so he should have chances, and three of my starters are having solid seasons, so one of them might make it too. |

I would say that both of my aces, "Crazy" Marvin Lawson and Fernando Rocha would be no doubts to make the cut. While the battting side of things... only, OF, Leonard Hoffman would make the starting lineup with perhaps OF/1B, Toshio Takeuchi on the bench, seeing that Takeuchi currently leads the league in SB's with 63. |

Holmes Joined: 11/07/2013 Posts: 1175 Inactive | I was a bit surprised about the selection of my all-stars. Hudson http://brokenbat.org/player/81908 was obvious, and there is a case to be made for Terry Lombardo http://brokenbat.org/player/78004 receiving his first star after being slightly ahead of two of my other starters. My 2B Chris Osbourne http://brokenbat.org/player/58115, however, was an all-star for the sixth time in spite of playing the worst full season of his career. | ||

Duck Kim didn't play, but he's putting up a good rookie season, i didn't expect him to perform well above his attributes. At last,Daniel Gomez. My pitching has been terrible this year, decent starters and awful bullpen, don't know why he's been called (he's not even my best pitcher this season, but he's the only with a positive record). Anyway, he got 2 innings for 0 runs and a Hold. Let's hope this good performance is a sign of a good second half, i have to win a lot of matches if i want remain in V League |
