Brewnoe Joined: 03/25/2014 Posts: 816 Fall River Naughty Dawgs IV.5 | Defensively, I'd get him serious playing time at catcher (6 range, 17 arm, right-handed ... spells catcher. might be some other possibilities, but no where near as good a fit) Offensively, 7th or 8th for now (or maybe 9th if your leadoff is a lot more obp than speed). Might be a good #2 or 3 if/when his hitting / bat control / power catch up with his scouting report. Looks like a Molina brother to me. |

admin Joined: 01/27/2010 Posts: 4985 Administrator | Yeah, until he shows otherwise, I'd bat him towards the bottom of the line-up (depending on your other players). Defensively, catcher is a possibility. Although he's 24 yo and has no catcher skills currently. With range of 6, maybe 1B (although he's a righty), DH, 3B or RF are all possibilities. Steve |
