Mine all stunk, already cut my guy since I would rather use the roster spot on other things.

I picked up Cesar Crispo. He's 18 with 10 velocity, several 4s otherwise and a 13 bar. Future ace or bust? What do you think?

Tiger504, I wouldn't say ace but you should diffidently keep him. If all goes well he could end up having a similar career as one of my pitchers, Will Gordon http://brokenbat.org/player/53215. Gordon has been a solid starter in the past, so far this season he has been ...alright...

Another highschool draftee and again no good pitchers to choose from ... sigh, I might as well go for college next week, hopefully I'll be able to find pitchers there.

Bernie Taylor: http://brokenbat.org/player/94202

Bernie Taylor, drafted as a 2B/3b is another draftee that is going to be develop as a utility type player. Offensively, Taylor has the potential to become a speedy lead off type hitter. Overall, in the long run, the development of his bat will decide what role he plays within this organization.

I'm very happy right now. Far and away my best pick to date. I'm thinking about training him at ss or 2b as I have a solid 3b already, and his range is more suited up the middle. Opinions?

Passed on all my choices last week

Interesting (in a goofy way) one I'm looking at now ...

2B United States Nate Bates 18 6' 8" 255
He can develop into a decent slugger. He can be outstanding in the field. He has good overall potential.

... could he have a "Refrigerator Perry" factor scaring people away from trying to break up the double-play at 2nd?
