I went 4-1, lost the one because of an error which sucked. But happy of the results nevertheless. Got quality starts from 4 of my starters and my bullpen took a game over to win another. I now have 4 league leaders in era for my starters and the other has a respectable 3.80. So pitching won this matchup

Pig_Cola, good series. My rotation still needs some work but have half a season to figure it out before we meet again when the stakes will be higher. :)

Yeah, good series. At the way the league is, we'll win our divisions and play in the playoffs.

Good luck to both of you, who knows we may end up in the same division with a promotion

Close games, my starters have done terrible in the first 3 games. Somehow my team clawed back for wins

My 5 Starters :
Vel CoS Mov Con ERA WHIP BAA

Powell 11 16 11 16 4.26 1.38 .269
Espinosa 10 14 18 10 4.34 1.49 .263
Iwasaki 14 15 15 8 4.32 1.39 .258
Grove 11 16 7 14 4.94 1.49 .296
Price 16 7 15 13 5.58 1.47 .299

Your 5:

Arroyo 11 17 11 14 1.72 1.01 .199
Krause 17 10 17 6 2.08 0.97 .169
Friedman 5 17 17 11 2.47 1.16 .203
Arevalo 15 11 8 9 2.50 1.19 .191
Kamida 10 13 9 16 4.18 1.20 .256

I don't understand why your pitchers are performing so much better against the same competition. Aside from Arroyo, all of them have one quality that is below average, much like my pitchers. I just don't see the big discrepancy. It's very frustrating. After all, even Kamida's stats are better than anyone of my starters. If only there were some explanation for my pitchers poor performance. Perhaps it is your fielding which is exceptional. I admire your team. You have taken over that ball club and built it into a very good team with a lot of young promising players. Good luck. Maybe we will meet in the playoffs.

Do you see what I mean? One hit off of Arevalo?

Come on! He is just not that good. If he was on my team his ERA would be over 6.00.
