I grabbed this player off of waivers and on the most recent training update (today) his range dropped. Is this normal or a bad sign for the player?

I don't know if it's a bad sign or not but I am curious if his overall speed has anything to do with it maybe. I'm sure some other more knowledgeable folks will be able to weigh in.

Hi, the players range probably dropped because the skill ratings for unsigned players, like in a real life scenario turned out to be slightly out. So the players actual ability has not changed, its just now more accurate. Hope this helps

The more a player plays and your team is able to observe him, the closer his scouted values (skill values on the player page) come to his actual values.

Steve I remember that but I always only took it to the skills that would increase through training and not the static skills.

Edit: And I forgot to thank you for your help. Shame on me. Thank you.
