Broken Bat Baseball
Maybe this question has already been asked...

Do you think Broken Bat's injuries frequency are like real life injuries in baseball? Just curiosity.

Frequency, sure. Length? No.

Injuries are probably shorter, but more frequent in Broken Bat than in real baseball. This was done primarily because people feel that long-term injuries are unfair. Additionally, frequent short-term injuries force teams to have a bench and also provides a way to simulate “days off” players receive periodically. Mostly full time starters should play ~150 games a season if they don’t have any longer injuries. Very few players will play all 160 league games.

Just curious about this, Do some players get injured more often than others? Is it "built into" some players?

I have not really noticed this to be the case. If it is not part of the game I think it should be added. There are some players in real life who just seem to have a hard time playing more than 130-140 games per year (howie kendrick, troy tulowitzki, ian kinsler) and there are others who play 160 almost every year (robinson cano, starlin castro).

Certain positions like catchers and overworked pitchers will have a greater chance of getting injured.

Do specific players have a greater chance? Perhaps...
