I've seen a couple of my games where theirs a hit & run scenario; where the batter strikes out with a runner at first; the runner stays at first. So I'm assuming that the runner doesn't attempt to take second for a potential double play or steal. So, to put the question specifically, exactly whats the positive/negative outcome of using the hit & run?Does it only puts pressure on the batter? | ||
