| With 30 games to go I wanted to switch to a 4 man starting rotation but it looks like I can't do that. This is a strategic decision based on when I play the first place team and how often I want my best pitchers to start. Switching to 4 starters allows my #1 to get 2 starts against them. I'm only 2 games back and this could make all the difference. I do not have a spot starter assigned, but one of my LR took the start I expected my #1 to take. That throws my whole strategy out the window as now my #1 will now only start 1 game against Des Moines out of 7 games left between us. How do I go to a four man rotation and get it to work? |

| At this time, there is no provision to go to a 4-man rotation. If you omit a starter from your rotation, a spot starter or long reliever will take the spot. We just added a penalty for overworking pitchers this season…I’ll look into a mechanism to allow 4-man rotations. I think the decision to go with a 4 or 5 man rotation might add a nice dimension to the game. Steve |

| i had a struggling pitcher so i picked up another to slot in the LR spot for a short while. right away he's throwing 126 pitches! lol, what the heck i set nothing for him yet. i see it says 1st inning, but that doesn't make him another starter when he has a hook 1 and 10 pitch limit. apparently has no baring whatsoever in this case. both setups and the closer who are fully rested just sit and watch him finish after my starter was yanked in the 2nd lol. | ||
