You have several players ready to promote from AAA (as well as 2 more old guys). Build your lineup from characteristics mentioned in help: 1B: Best hitter (throws left handed if possible) DH: Best hitter Right handed throwing: 2B: Fielding and Range: I'd say minimum 14/14 SS: Fielding and Range and Arm: I'd say minimum 14/14/14 3B: Fielding and Arm C: Arm Doesnt matter what way they throw: LF: Range RF: Range and Arm CF: Fielding and Range and Arm: Hitting: 14-16 As high a PD as possible to get on base BC is less important but avoid low ones to cut down on strikeouts. Power is good if combined with high fly ball rates. Generally, stronger fly ball rates are better for any hitter. Speed really matters only if 14+ and they are good at base stealing. Otherwise they can be slow as snot without it creating much of a problem. Find pitchers with higher control and pitchers who give up less than 1 HR for every 9 innings pitched. Comb waivers and free agents to improve weak areas in your team. Clean up the minors so there are not logjams at positions or players with little chance to develop. Get younger where possible.

PrivateSnowflake Joined: 01/06/2015 Posts: 1166 Bloomington Thunder Legends	Start by cutting everybody 32 and older. Call up the guys at AAA that have the "He may have learned all he can", report. Let your young guys play (& develop). Management tab: "X" in pinch-hitter box for fielders, "infinity" hook for pitchers (100-110 pitches). You'll have a couple weeks to be able to sign/claim guys, but Sept 1 (game date) is when signings freeze for the year. So use the SEARCH in the top banner and just learn as much as you can while you get ready for next season

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9596 Haverhill Halflings III.1	I think BC is a bit underrated by folks. Definitely affects more than strikeouts. But in general all of the advice above is solid.
