cjones236 Joined: 02/14/2013 Posts: 9 Niagara Falls Kings VI.2	Can managers a) be hired/fired during the season? b) hired whilst in debt? I am in the middle of a cost cutting exercise and my manager is on $2M/yr. I was going to replace him with someone significantly cheaper!

I mean if two managers are identical in abilities.ie. patience, activity, etc. But one manager has a 3000000 dollar salary and the other has 500000 dollar salary. What's the added benefit?
