I would think to go from 60ish to 100ish might take a couple of seasons in the minor leagues and then some major league experience, but it might vary by player. To optimize the training, you should follow the hints in the scouting report and the recommendations in the Roster - Reassign Players page. Hope this helps, Steve

admin Joined: 01/27/2010 Posts: 4985 Administrator	In general, 30 year olds should be fully trained and depending on Playing Time, pretty near their experience maximum. However, it is possible that a 30 year old free agent hasn't received the training and experience that a normal player might and still might have some untapped potential. It is rare though. Steve
