I know for players you can see a real drop off in SI and output from them, and at some point they fall off a cliff. My question is how do you judge the output of a manager? What are some factors I can use to decide when it's time to move on from him? Anybody want to throw out a hard stop age when its silly to keep trying to be competitive with one? |
