I brought this manager on after the close of the 2044 season (he was 65 and would have aged out at season close), and he's been great.

I know for players you can see a real drop off in SI and output from them, and at some point they fall off a cliff.

My question is how do you judge the output of a manager? What are some factors I can use to decide when it's time to move on from him? Anybody want to throw out a hard stop age when its silly to keep trying to be competitive with one?

Lots of managers above 65 on teams they seem OK till 77ish I'd say cut em at 75yo. On manager page when it says; He is getting to age were his ability to manage is limited. I searches for another.

Thanks Rock/Wuggla. I thought I had seen the age warning on previous managers, but couldn't remember if they got that for sure.
