Okay so I'm in my second season, and I was kind of excited to see three young pitchers develop to the point where the game suggests their promotion to the majors.

However, they kind of look like they are just bad.

Will the experience of Major League pitching propel them into serviceable players, or do they just suck? Would you give them a chance? At what point would you quit/have already quit on them?

Thanks in advance

In my opinion none of them belong on a major-league roster. McMichael might be the pick of the bunch, but would be a SP5 in VI at best - I certainly wouldn't use him in V. Don't be fooled by the POT 13 on Coburn - he might throw hard, but it's so gun-barrel straight that he's essentially throwing BP. 36 HR in 136 IP at AAA and the Majors should ring the alarm bells. Ontiveros just doesn't look like he has it.

You've got some talent there though! Escobar is truly incredible, and Garcia and Farrar should be very solid in the rotation. Keefe and Cordova should be OK for now, but I would look to eventually replace everyone else. Keep an eye on who underperforms for you this season, and scour waivers/FA for guys with better skills/stats than your current players. It might take some time/patience to find the right pieces. Good luck!

Sorry bud, but not an inspiring bunch there. If you need warm bodies ok, but you might be able to get those off of waivers.

Hey Ced. Why would you keep him?

First round pick, good size, lively arm, think his fastball could be devastating, youthful, affordable, could be a #5 starter.

I wonder where that player even went.
