He's only 21, he has a season and a half in AAA, and did pretty well. I've studied the manual and forum posts about the difference between training and experience. The manual makes it look like younger players will still get training in the Majors, but forum posters mostly don't seem to think so. Can someone verify this for me? Am I hurting this guy's future by putting him in the Majors at this point? Is he better off in AAA for another season?
