sross78 Joined: 06/10/2013 Posts: 31 Inactive	My staff "Ace" (111 rating) is 32 yrs old and had a great Cy Young record/era at the 2/3 mark but has been knocked around in his last 5-6 appearances to the point of being benched. Is he toast for good or just in a bad stretch with 1-2 good years left? Also, do players skill ratings ever decrease as they get older or do they just perform way below that rating as they age?

admin Joined: 01/27/2010 Posts: 4985 Administrator	There is no real way to tell if a player is finished (other than prolonged playing time with bad performance). 32 yo is pretty borderline. You will see some skill declines at the first training update after the season flip. So yes, skills do visibly decline with age. Steve
