A strong arm is nice to have at 3B, but I've played weaker arms than that and done fine. Its ok to have some gaps in your D, especially if you make up for them elsewhere. Like having a stud SS. | ||

I do wonder about modern baseball where they have such extreme shifts -- sometimes the 2B is playing left of the second base bag... And the other day I saw the Dodgers playing Justin Turner (3B) deep and between the 1B and 2B and Corey Seager (SS) was the only infielder to the left of the bag. Steve |
