I have numerous 27YO's with some room left over for growth. Being that they're 27 can I expect any amount of decent growth, or will it be minimal at that age? Thank you.

It depends on their overall progression. Did they get sufficient time in the minors? If so, I find most every player will eventually max out by 30/31. I've had a few guys start to decline before they maxed, but the overlap is tight. Guys who progressed through the minors they way they should have, who still have a lot of growth to do, will frequently have a tail heavy growth curve. You will likely see them gaining a lot of SI from 27-30 (given sufficient playing time).

This guy is a good example. You'll note he gained 17 SI during his 27/28 season.

The real question is whether or not they are worth it, since they will start declining right away.
