I feel like players just dont get enough training in, especially players in the Minors. I grabbed a P with 15POT, and he hasnt improved nearly enough to be viable for at least 4 more seasons. And he will be around 29 at that point. The once a week works, but maybe an additional training at the end of season for guys who hit specific IP or AB benchmarks?

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9601 Haverhill Halflings III.1	The training is already well balanced. Some guys will be ready for the majors as early as 21. Others will never be ready. Assessing talent is a BIG part of the game. You can judge talent by POT alone.
