First of all I am very new to the game of baseball. I only know few aspects like home run, three strikes, bases. Much of the information is new for me. Never played the game. Only watched a parts of the game when switching channels or on sports news.

I need advice on the following with reference to my team:

1. Transfers: Which players should i remove from my team and what players should i get from free agents or even promote from Minors.

2. Lineup - Given my players what would my best line up look like.

3. Finances. I have about $66m and would need advice on how to spend the money more wisely be it on players, facilities etc.

4. Stadium. What should I go for with regards to grass, turf etc.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would start with taking Glenn Fuller out of the LR2 position and making him a Starting pitcher... Pablo Clemente seems to be struggling in the closing position, too, so I would say remove him from that role. You can try Ernesto Aguilar as your closer.

I’ll give you the three best advices you can get at this point:

1.Don’t do anything to your team yet!
2.Read the game rules. Game manual is your friend.
3.Ask more specific questions. You’ll get more and better help that way.

premier- im sure theres multiple ways, but this is what i did and im currently around 40m+ and climbing.
i started off -10mill, cut every player i had over a million in salary and over the age of 28, every player i had over the age of 28 basically went within my first season. i then filled them with sub-par youngsters. lost like hell for 2 seasons, now most of those youngsters i signed in my first season are aroundd 27-28 and they won me my league::D
im also very positive on the fiancial side of things and look to only grow

If you're in debt, I would:

1. Cut overall player salary.
2. Make sure my ballpark is appropriately sized.
3. Make sure I'm playing my managers the minimum.
