Will the errors start to pile up? If my Catcher's range is a 5 or 6, will that matter much, or is that okay? Also, i always feel like my Catcher should always have an ARM of 17 or above; is that true, or can you run with a Catcher with an ARM of 14-15 and that still be fine. Any thoughts on Catchers would be appreciated. Thank you | ||

In the Strategy section: Catcher: The catcher (C) does not field many balls, but is required to try to throw out runners trying to steal bases. For this the catcher should have a good arm. Range and fielding aren't particularly important. Also, because most batters are right handed, being right handed makes this throwing to second base easier. |
