I know that I started out with a pretty bad team with few to no bright spots, I know pitching needs to be improved, and i need more bats in the lineup which is why I am playing some payers at secondary positions. But rn, I just don't know what to do

I would focus on waivers and free agency, to try and find some 25 year and younger guys you can build into solid players. Keep the older guys around for now, but phase them out as you bring in younger options with more upside.

You have a lot of older POT 11 pitchers. They aren't a bad lot, but there are a lot of young POT 12 pitchers sitting in Free Agency.

You also have some horrible hitters on the squad. Dayton Reid should have never made it out of the minors. He is horrible. I would avoid any player with the "will never be a decent hitter" scouting report.

It won't let me release him because of the restriction for new people. Could Steve manually do it.
