New manager take 4-5 seasons to revealing true stats. 65-70 is maximum age. I also have question. Will Steve go thru bot teams and manual change manager who are to old or start letting bot teams hire new managers???? | ||

Managers can grow very old and can carry huge salaries, which is why you'll sometimes see bot teams going bankrupt - paying a 75-year old manager $8M/year for seasons on end, for example. I have seen a manager on a bot team retire, but only once. |
