| Hi, having an issue with getting a new team. I've signed up for one but did not receive it and I haven't received a system email for confirmation (if there is one). It's only been a half hour or so, wondering if I need to be more patient or if there's a problem. Thanks! |

| Depending on the time of day, getting a team can take a hour up to overnight. Your team has be granted. Steve |
