Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9595 Haverhill Halflings III.1	Training seems to have diminishing returns after 25 to the point of being fairly ineffective by 27. But all players are different. Some guys who didn't get enough training in the minors can still continue to get training into their 30s. In general, I wouldn't plan to leave a guy down in the minors who is 27 or older. I usually try to bring them up at least halfway through their 26th year (assuming they can get at least 1 year in AAA by then). Also, players do gain some training in the majors.
