What do I need to do to make sure I get my maximum training/SI points? Any donts also? Thank you. Be aware that you will see an increase only when a skill pops by a FULL point. If a player improves from 7.0 to 7.9 you will see nothing. There's not much to do to help minor leaguers' training: you can only sign a Manager with good Training skills P.s. always, always, follow the computer recommendation as for the level of play.
