I was looking at some of my minor leaguers, and it seems that everyone of them showed the most improvement at 1st Base. Is this normal?
I mean they showed some improvement in their listed position, but not as much.

Do you mean minor leaguers are gaining (about 0.2??) at the 1B position on their individual player development graphs?
If that is the case it is probably fairly normal.

oh, is see it just looks like a larger increase, because of the way the different graph lines are fanned out.

They didn't actually improve. Steve just changed the way that data is displayed, so you are now seeing the real value that was previously hidden. Moving forward you'll be able to better see how they are improving (or worsening).
