| How do you go about this? Under the training link only a few older players pop up to be trained? Thanks! |

| Training is mostly automatic in the Minors, but players only get anything out of it until they’re either 27 or 28. In the Majors, you have to give players playing time to maximize their training gains. What you’re currently seeing on the Training page is the results of Training Update #0. This runs at the start of each season and is responsible for diminishing the skills of older players; basically TU#0 is why we don’t have guys playing into their 40s. |

| Got it and thank you for the quick response. Just starting this so want to make sure I understand this site. Vet of Simyard and this is the first sim I have found that is on that level. | ||
