| My farm system has a lot of guys if the same position, namely catcher. I have one guy with a noodle arm (12 arm) and I want him to move to first base. I have him playing mainly first base in the minors, and have had him doing that for an entire season and a half. Is there any way to make him learn the position faster? | ||

| Getting him reps at the position in spring training also would help, but no if you already have him training the position you want him at on the minors page then there is nothing else right now. It can take upwards of two to three seasons even for 1B depending what he started with (hidden value for the position). | ||
