The answer to that is definitely the outfield with left being the best spot to place him. He hurts you there a bit, but he won't embarrass himself or your team there like he would in the infield. You probably have time to train him partially at first, too, but he should only be used there in dire situations. He doesn't belong there under normal circumstances at all. It isn't 100% optimal, but the penalty for a righty at 1B is so small, Steve doesn't even show a red x. I frequently use a right handed 1B against lefties. Also fielding isn't super important at 1B since they don't have a lot of real fielding opportunities (mostly just catching throws). His build looks perfectly fine for LF/1B. I wouldn't mind him playing either of those positions. Might even put him in RF if I needed to get him into the lineup, but you get that for free if you train him in LF.
