Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9571 Haverhill Halflings III.1 | In my experience low control = low consistency. Those types of pitchers tend to have a lot of variation between years. Bigger issue with this guy is that he is also a lefty. Could still be a decent pitcher if he develops out right. I usually try to keep my control higher in the bullpen, so I might advise targeting a Starter or LR role for a guy like this; unless you totally dominates lefties. Then you could still go with an early inning LHR, but really I would be concerned about low control in any setup role. |
