| Hi, I am new and have to learn a lot. Up to now I had 3 days with games. Always I am loosing one of the 3 to 4 daily games very high. What is the reason for it? Are my pitchers not good enough? Can somebody help me? |

| You team needs some work…you don’t have much hitting (.243 team batting average & .310 on-base percentage) so you’re not scoring many runs. Your pitching isn’t much better (4.92 team ERA). What I would do is start cutting the older, highly paid players that aren’t producing and give the kids a change or bring in a few free agents. Guys like Merritt and Leon aren’t hitting and are on the down side of their careers. Clayton isn’t getting anyone out, he could go too. At this point in the season, your fate is pretty much decided, so no point in paying those guys. You’re going to demote, so you’ll be more competitive in your league next season.
