mjhack Joined: 10/17/2015 Posts: 97 Binghamton Bobcats VI.15	I have question on player generation process. Are the players that are free agents now and at season turnover the only ones available for next season Or are new free agents randomly generated?

(Finances seem to catch up a bit at the end of the season and may coerce bots into chopping some salary).

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9588 Haverhill Halflings III.1	New players are generated through the draft. Each team gets 10 draft picks, and most folks only keep a couple of those. So the rest of the draft picks get dumped onto waivers. A few thousand new players get generated that way each year. But they will appear on waivers throughout the year, not all at once.
