Crazy Li Joined: 01/25/2015 Posts: 879 Inactive	25 automatically suggests MLB whether they're ready or not. It takes a bit of experience to get a feel for how to handle 25 year olds... knowing if they need to stay in the minors still or not.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9589 Haverhill Halflings III.1	In general I would try and make sure guys get at least 1.5 seasons in AAA. At 25 they will get the green arrow (even if they aren't ready), but nothing shows up in the scouting report.
