Wouldn't you know, I got them both. So now I want to make a cut back to 49....today. I think I know what I'm going to do. But I will entertain opinions. |

I want to retire Holland out of my organization this year, otherwise, he would go. Since he went to the University of Iowa, was a Hawkeye and is nicknamed Herky. He stays. It's silly sentimentality but one last season for him. As far as Morrow goes, he pitched pretty well last season and Stafford got lit up regularly. Most of my bullpen was a disaster last season in fact. I have 2 25 year old guys in AAA, one a pitcher, that are coming up after spring training. It will be a veteran pitcher I cut. |

And my finances are good with payroll in a good place this season. Still, he could easily go. Edit: Morrow has been cut. Updated Sunday, February 26 2017 @ 1:35:20 pm PST |
