What do you guys think about this pitcher, Ernesto
http://brokenbat.org/player/112834

I kept him in AAA last year to see if I could get a few more SI before call up. I didn't get what I hoped. I would hate to cut him as his report sounds good but not sure of my roster space.
He or Carmelo http://brokenbat.org/player/101070
Will likely get cut. Carmelo just seems like a one pitch guy that might do fine in L6 but probably won't pan out for me.

I have a similar issue to Sanchez with Montes, who I kept around all of last season without playing him much (because he's terrible), but the upside is still there (as a 14 POT he should have high CoS, MOV and CON). But spring training is make-or-break time for Montes, because if he doesn't make a real leap he's getting cut before the regular season begins. I had space for him last season so kept him around, but this year he's top of the cut list.

So you have to ask yourself if you want to give Sanchez all the innings he can get, or move on? Ventura is a much better pitcher and may be fine for LLIV (I have a similar guy to him too, in McGinnis!), but at 26 both these guys need to play regularly or get cut because you can't keep them around forever. If you can keep one then fine, but even if they play on a limited basis this season it would be with a view to play them full time next season.
