| I've noticed other teams with managers who have a lot better stats than 10's across the board. Over the years do your managers get better? I've never seen a "new manager" on the list with anything better than 10's across the board. I haven't had luck finding one with excellent development along with no negatives either. So over time does he gain more tags? does his stats improve in all the categories? If not when and where do I find these stud managers lol |

| They don't improve, they reveal over time. The 10's will gradually shift to their true values as the manager reveals his abilities. The numbers are only indicative of anything with veteran managers. With new ones you go by the text and hope. | ||
