Broken Bat Baseball
Hello guys,

I have a young talent with 15 potential that I really want to develop the right way: http://brokenbat.org/player/139829. Does anyone have advice of where he should be playing as he develops/how to make sure he becomes the best that he can become? I really don't want to mess this up.

First and foremost, makes sure to keep him at the level the AI recommends (as you do right now). He should have plenty of time to develop.

He looks like a good SS to me. That is where I would train him. Being a switch hitter will be a nice bonus at SS as well.

I'd train Hammond up as a 3B rather than SS.

Starr should probably be 1B/OF/2B, he doesn't have the arm for 3B.

Meza would be better at 1B than OF.

Daniels should probably get some secondary training at 1B as well.

!!!OMG!!!
Manager=He is excellent at teaching the game.
"20" like "20" really a "20" for player DEV....
I don't think you have to worry about your 15POT Development... hes gonna be a superstar by time he's 25 like rock says just follow the AI when to promote him up from rookie thru the A's AA, AAA then majors
as soon as he is ready for majors he will compete for rookie of year for sure.
