If you follow the link again to the manager I listed:- http://brokenbat.org/manager/2679 You'll find he is still available. As Rock says, go to that link in your address bar, and change the number at the end to 2678. That will take you to the manager previous, and so on from there. The point of this is to find the "new" managers, not the ones found in the New Manager search function. You'll find better ones this way. Is that clearer? |

Put in http://brokenbat.org/manager/2678 and then http://brokenbat.org/manager/2677 and then http://brokenbat.org/manager/2676 and so forth. Or you can just use the search function and just look for guys with decent reports. You just have to sort through more junk that way. |

All the managers are listed from the first one created through the last one created as brokenbat.org/manager/1 ... brokenbat.org/manager/2679 What they are suggesting is work backwards through the numbers from the last one created (2679) until you find one you like that hasn't been taken yet. |

Then, when I'm asked to hire this manager, if untaken, he immediately goes to my team?

But if it is easier for you, there is nothing wrong with using the normal search and hunting through the managers that come back. Just make sure to grab one with some reports about how good he is.
