I've mostly played all minor leaguers. Today I switched to let a few of my younger rookie/1-2year players get in the line-up. Should I stick to strictly minor leaguers or also let my young MLB get at bats as well? Like Tanner, Green, Pak, ect.

Those guys are all still developing. I would definitely give them innings. Especially Tanner and Park. I would prioritize those guys to get as many innings as you can.

Yeah, still developing young major league players are certainly guys you want playing. I was referring to those owners who start their 30+ year old veterans who are at their peak or in decline.

I'm using no one over 25 unless needed.

I'm also 4-11, but hopefully it pays off in a lot of boosts.

Stats in ST are not all that important, since it's spring training.

I'm giving some playing time to a few under-developed guys in the 26-27 age range, but otherwise its all youngsters. My opponent last night started three pitchers all age 30+, go figure...

I realize that spring training results don't mean much. However, does a team's overall spring training record influence its fan mood? For example, would going 0-30 during the spring lower the mood of your fans?

The spring training games do appear to have an effect on fan mood, though not on the rating. The effect appears negligible though, so I wouldn't worry about it too much as I see far more movement from regular season games than the spring training ones.

I really pay no attention to wins in loses during Spring Training. To me its just an opportunity to play all my weakest players out of position.

Yep, get that positional experience. This update I got two big SS, one big C, and a small of.
