Endrju Joined: 05/28/2015 Posts: 577 Inactive | The way I always understood managers' description was, the only stat that affects training is the player development stat. The other three affect team performance on the field, not the training. So I don't think his higher defense stat will help you train defense faster, but it will help your players defend better during games. I'm curious if anyone else understands it the way you did.
