The game has him training at 2B. He's got the range, but I'm a bit worried about the fielding and arm aspects. He definitely doesn't have the arm to play C, especially not with some of the other people I have at that position. So where should he go?

He has an ideal build for 2B. Arm isn't nearly as important at 2B as it is at SS, and his outstanding fielding and range will make him a real asset defensively. The only question is if (as a 12 POT) he'll have enough hitting tools to be an asset offensively. The power will help, but may well come with a poor average and OBP, so you have to ask yourself if you can live with a guy like that in your lineup.

On your majors roster I'd be playing Quintana in LF, where his great range and poor arm (and average fielding) would be a better fit. Latham isn't much of a 2B either but at least he has some hitting skills.
