When you draft a new player to your team, what should you be looking for to see if he is worth keeping?? Should his SI be a certain level or should I only be looking at potential?
Thanks,

That's mostly player dependent...but largely the same thing as mature players.

Potential is one metric. But also, I like to look at skill levels (and aggregate skill levels = SI) for their age.

Additionally, I like to look up the players future function and how their skills line up with that. For example, if I have a future 1B and he's got a great arm, but lousy hitting skills, then maybe he's not so worthwhile.
