Euphael Joined: 08/29/2015 Posts: 17 Inactive	Hi, I know its individual but when do players retire? I mean whats the regular age plus minus? 39 or 35? Also I would like to ask you for some tips how to improve my roster. Hasnt been active this season and got almost relegated. I last two season I was 2nd in my conference. I would be grateful for any specific advices on my situation (training, tactical, transfer policy etc)
